This is a digital gift card, so there is no parcel to wait for and no shipping address to enter. To send it straight to someone you love, select “Send this gift card directly to someone special” and enter their email address. If you would rather present it in your own way, leave that option unchecked and the gift card will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order is fulfilled.
Can I choose the perfect moment for it to arrive?
Yes. When you send the gift card directly to its recipient, you can schedule it for a date up to 90 days in the future—lovely for a birthday, adoption anniversary, holiday or a quiet little “thinking of you.” Leave the date blank when you would like it sent as soon as the order is fulfilled.
Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Of course. You may add a message of up to 200 characters when sending the card directly. A few heartfelt words are more than enough—for example, “For the little companion who makes every ordinary day feel special.” Your note will be included with the gift card email so they know exactly who is thinking of them.
What can they choose with their gift card?
They can use it toward products available in the Knit for Paws online store and choose the details you may not know from afar: the most comfortable size, the style that feels most like their pet and the photograph that holds the sweetest memory. For personalized pieces, that may be a clear portrait of their pet or a meaningful photo of them together, depending on the product’s photo guidance.
What if I do not know their pet’s size or favorite style?
That is exactly when a gift card can feel especially thoughtful. You do not need to guess a chest measurement, choose a design on their behalf or quietly ask questions that might spoil the surprise. Your gift says, “I know how much your pet means to you,” while leaving the final little choices in the hands of the person who knows them best.
Can they use the gift card over more than one order?
Yes. They do not have to spend the full value all at once. Any unused balance remains on the gift card and can be used toward a later order. If their chosen item costs more than the remaining balance, they can apply the gift card first and pay the difference using another payment method available at checkout.
What if I enter the wrong recipient email?
Please give the address one gentle double-check before completing your order. If you notice a mistake afterward, contact us as soon as you can at knitforpaws.official@gmail.com. Include your order number, the email address entered and the correct address. We will check the gift card’s status and do everything reasonably possible to help before it is used.
