These Terms govern your use of https://knitforpaws.com and purchases from Knit For Paws. By using the Site or ordering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies.

You must be at least 18, or the legal age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Product availability, descriptions, prices, promotions, and Site features may change without notice.

Products and pet safety

We make reasonable efforts to show colors, materials, and measurements accurately, but screens, lighting, handmade production, and knitting may cause minor variations that are not defects. Customers must review descriptions, follow the size guide, measure their pets accurately, and provide complete custom measurements.

Our apparel and accessories are not toys, food, medicine, protective equipment, or medical devices unless expressly stated. Buttons, cords, ties, or decorations may create chewing, entanglement, or swallowing hazards. Use only under responsible adult supervision. Check fit and condition before use, prevent chewing, and remove the product immediately if damaged, tight, entangled, uncomfortable, or associated with an adverse reaction. Contact a veterinarian if ingestion, injury, or illness is suspected.

Orders, prices, taxes, and shipping

An order is an offer to purchase. We may reject, limit, or cancel orders for inventory shortages, price or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill customization. Any canceled paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in the checkout currency. United States orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): applicable import duties, import taxes, and standard customs-clearance or brokerage charges are paid or arranged by Knit For Paws and should not be collected from the customer on delivery. For other destinations, import charges are included only if checkout expressly says so; otherwise the recipient may be responsible.

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Returns and refunds are governed by the separate policies. Promotions are subject to their stated conditions.

Intellectual property, user content, and prohibited uses

Site text, graphics, photographs, product designs, logos, branding, and layout are owned by or licensed to Knit For Paws. They may not be copied, scraped, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without permission. If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to operate and promote the services, subject to privacy law.

You may not use the Site unlawfully, infringe rights, transmit harmful code, unlawfully collect data, interfere with security, commit fraud, place abusive orders, or harm customers or service providers.

Disclaimers, liability, and disputes

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for every pet. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

To the extent liability may lawfully be limited, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, and total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without removing mandatory consumer rights in your location. Disputes not resolved informally will be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction where the operator is registered, unless mandatory law allows otherwise.
